A modern and sustainable housing development is realised by Alt & Neu Bauträgergesellschaft mbH in the attractive Waltendorf residential district of Graz. The project involves a comprehensive refurbishment and the construction of a total of 34 subsidised rental flats with a total usable living area of approximately 2.170 m². The ground floor comprises 111 m² of commercial space, and the on-site underground car park offers 26 parking spaces. The building will be fitted with a 100 m² photovoltaic system, whilst heating will be provided by district heating.
On behalf of the developer, convex ZT GmbH is responsible for the structural design of the project. The construction progress can be followed via the webcam.
