Mladenov GmbH from Wiesbaden, Germany is building the 300-bed Montis Alpin Resort by Mladenoff with restaurant, spacious spa area, 5 self-contained chalets and a staff house in Fieberbrunn. The alpine-style hotel has been designed by Talashim Architects from Sofia, Bulgaria.
