A diversion hydroelectric powerplant will be built around the village of Zoti, in the Guria Municipality, Western Georgia. The powerplant will have a total installed capacity of approx. 45 MW. It consists of two single powerplants with 2 intakes, two tunnels, penstock routes and two power houses.

On behalf of the Georgian and Austrian investors, convex ZT GmbH and Hydroconsult GmbH are jointly responsible for the preparation of the basic design and the civil works tender.
