Almanya, Wiesbaden’den Mladenov GmbH, Fieberbrunn’da 300 yataklı Montis Alpin Resort by Mladenoff otelini, restoran, geniş bir spa alanı, 5 bağımsız chalet ve bir personel evi dahil, inşa ediyor. Otel, Bulgaristan, Sofya’dan Talaşim Architects tarafından alpin stilinde planlanmıştır.
