Almanya, Wiesbaden’den Mladenov GmbH, Fieberbrunn’da 300 yataklı bir Marriot Autograph Collection Hotel, bir restoran, geniş bir spa alanı, 5 bağımsız chalet ve bir personel evi inşa ediyor. Bulgaristan, Sofya’dan Talaşim Architects tarafından alpin stilinde planlanan otel, tamamlandıktan sonra Marriott GmbH tarafından işletilecektir.
