ÖWG Wohnbau is realizing a new project with 70 privately financed condominiums on Hafnerstrasse in Graz. The apartments each have a balcony or a roof terrace, or on the ground floor a terrace plus assigned garden area. Also included are a cellar compartment and an underground parking space. Visitor parking spaces are also foreseen for the project. The preliminary completion will take place in 2022.
On behalf of ÖWG Wohnbau, convex ZT GmbH is responsible for the structural design. Architectural design is carried out by Leitner Planning & Consulting GmbH.
